How do I close my account?

Contact us to request account closure. We may ask you to confirm your identity. Also we would be interested to know why you want to leave us. We will close the account immediately and delete all your data eventually if that’s what you favor.

What happens to my order history and reviews if I close my account?

The history of your orders and reviews is kept for a period if you wish to recover your account again, but all your payment information, saved addresses, and any important data are deleted.
