We will discuss policies together on how to handle the cases of damaged items. It shall be decided during the interview we will be conducting with you in the beginning of the process.
Our support team will get in touch with the customer and provide solutions such as: sending the correct item and collecting the wrong one, or refunding the money.
Use appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, or packaging peanuts to protect your products during transportation.
In the meantime, we only deliver within Egypt, but we strive to ship internationally as soon as possible.
You will need to restock the item and possibly charge additional shipping fees for the second delivery attempt from the same customer.
