How do I receive orders from customers?

You will receive notifications about new orders through your seller dashboard or email. Orders will also appear in your “Manage Orders” section.

What information is included in the order notice?

Order notifications include details such as customer information, items ordered, shipping address, and chosen shipping method.

How long do I have to process the order?

Processing time will vary depending on the type of products and their estimated manufacturing time.

How do I track my shipments?

You can usually track shipments through the shipping company's website using the tracking number provided.

What happens if the customer requests to cancel the order?

Our cancellation policy will outline how we handle these situations

What happens if the product is damaged during shipping?

We will discuss policies together on how to handle the cases of damaged items. It shall be decided during the interview we will be conducting with you in the beginning of the process.

What happens if a customer receives the wrong item?

Our support team will get in touch with the customer and provide solutions such as: sending the correct item and collecting the wrong one, or refunding the money.

How can I ensure that my packages are properly insured for shipping?

Use appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, or packaging peanuts to protect your products during transportation.

Can I ship internationally?

In the meantime, we only deliver within Egypt, but we strive to ship internationally as soon as possible.

What happens if a customer opted not to receive his order?

You will need to restock the item and possibly charge additional shipping fees for the second delivery attempt from the same customer.

How can I track my implementation performance metrics?

We offer seller analytics as an extra service, to allow you to track metrics like processing times, shipping speeds, and order fulfillment rates.
